BELEYBT-460 12V/24V Auto Battery Load Tester (BT-460)

Very handy tester, easy to use and when comparing results to high dollar shop tester I have found it works fine. I use this when printouts are not necessary. Easy to show customers if the battery needs to be replaced.

The media could not be loaded.  Bought it for my shop, seems to work well and its easy to use. For the price its a decent battery, starter, alternator tester. It seemed like it gave a somewhat inaccurate reading on a newer battery with the cables installed the truck did have a bad starter and quite a bit of corrosion/resistance at the starter, removed the battery cabled to remove the starter and re-tested the battery with Autool and it gave a more accurate picture of the health of the batter. I like the easy of use and the screen on it.

The device seems to be accurate. I tested on batteries I knew were past their prime and the device confirmed this. I felt this was a better test than simply testing batteries that are fairly new and in good condition. I think I can get the device to pay for itself fairly quickly by not replacing batteries before they actually need to be replaced.

This gives a decent reading. It does not work that well for batteries that are completely dead. If you are able to charge a battery then the reading are completely different (Battery life). It is good for those who do not want to spend too much on a reader.

and then hook up my volt meter and engine analyzer. Very accurate as I checked it against my expensive meter. Saves time and effort. Great tool box, stocking stuffer for the car guy who has everything. Directions that come with it were not written by a native English speaking person, and are awful. The good news, directions are not needed as use is self explanatory.

Great little tool. Very accurate and easy to use. It feels very well made and even from the packaging you can tell is a quality product. Happy with this purchase.

When I first received the unit I thought it was broken as both my and my wife’s car batteries were rated as “replace.” Since they were good quality batteries and only about 2-3 years old I figured the tester was junk. Turns out I had the batteries tested at the shop where I bought them and yep no good even though the cars started fine.Now the best part- both batteries were still under warranty and I got free replacements!

Connect it to the car battery and it fires up. Simple to use and gives lots of info about the battery and its state of health.Very useful tool.
