Wow....Greenworks' response disappointing...
I purchased 4 of these chains last fall & this week I started my annual tree trimming & the chains don't fit my Greenworks PRO 80V 10” Pole saw PS80L00...these chains were an "add on item" for the pole saw implying they would fit.. I tried to return these unused chains this week and was denied per the return window had expired... Really Greenworks !? I love the pole saw, but you guys dropped the customer service ball big time on this issue & I'm just one of many customers who experienced this issue!! I also own the Greenworks PRO 80V 125 MPH blower GBL80300... now, will i purchase any more Greenworks products? If what they've done here reflects their customer service in general, probably not... simple fix would've been to replace the chains with ones that fit !! no big deal... very disappointing...
