Fit perfectly for my 2017 Mitsubishi key.

Perfect rubber “slip cover” to go over original key fob.
The slip cover rubber fob goes over the original key fob. My roommate had a key that was broken off on the top. This “slip” cover fob goes over it perfectly. The buttons work perfectly!! he was also able to fasten a lanyard in which he wears around his neck. Never have to worry about losing his key again.!!

Good cover for fob
When i purchased it i thing it would replace the old key fob but when it arrived i noticed it was just a cover for the key fob but it worked out great. I have a better handle of my key fob.

Cost Effective Solution
I thought this was a hard replacement case. I was wrong but in the best way. When I took apart my key fob I noticed that the metal key is molded into the plastic and cannot be removed. So I filed in an ORing for extra support and put this rubber case over and everything fit perfectly. The ORing is an optional step, there is plenty of rubber support for your key ring in case that is the part of your fob that is broken. Short of getting a new key cut or paying ridiculous dealer prices for a replacement this is a pretty cost effective solution. All I am worried about now is the rubber losing its plasticity over time as rubber does. Considering injecting some super glue into the sides and it will hold permanently. Fantastic!
