Food saver. Got tired of throwing out fruit and veg. Tried these. GREAT. Just remember to take the stuff out of the plastic or bag. Tried this with a bag of grapes. Those on top, near the stick stayed OK. Bottom of bag spoiled. Have had cucumpers in the bin w/o bag for almost a month. still firm and good.

These are great! I’ve purchased several times for our drinking water and even place them in our thermos. I did do a taste test with regular tap water and these definitely make the water taste cleaner! And you can simply reuse them by boiling them in hot water.

I compared and compared and recompared before buying this water filter. I read online why and how it works. I have been using other activated charcoal for other purposes for years now. This is the highest quality and lasts much longer then other activated charcoal and other types of water filters, it goes through an extra process. Takes a day or two to get use to the minerals back in the water, then after that, not a single problem. I had moved into an area that had PFOAs and PFOSs in the water, I wanted the best water filter possible. I had been using Shungite and another charcoal filter. This brand has the highest quality and longest lasting, too. I think they said they use a laser to increase it's effectiveness. Money wise, it's the best bargain. You only use 1 stick for 6 months, I think it does up to 3 gallons at a time.

Good value but I had to boil 2 of them since they floated to the top initially. Water seems to taste better.

Use in mineral water dispenser and keeps the water clean for 48 hours. Could be longer, but we’ve gone through the water by then.

I bought this pack of 4 charcoal sticks to replace my old ones from another brand. This was the most cost effective option (4 sticks can last you 2 years) and they work great! I had no issues with them and my tap water, which normally has a mineral taste, seems to taste very pure now that I’ve started using these. Thank you!!

This is a great way to filter water because the sticks last long time and no plastic bottles to recycle. These lightweight sticks can be used anywhere at home at work while traveling.

Vorab muss ich sagen, dass ich die Charcoal Sticks schon seit Jahren kaufe und nach wie vor begeistert von ihrer Filterfunktion bin. Meine Bewertung bezieht sich also nicht nur auf diesen Pack sondern die ca. 10 Stäbe die ich inzwischen benutzt habe (eunStab reicht ca. ein halbes Jahr) Pro - Das Wasser schmeckt wirklich besser (ich würde immer raten in Ländern wie Großbritannien das Wasser zu filtern, da dort das Wasser in vielen Gegenden gechlort wird um es zu reinigen, was man leider schmeckt) - Die Filterstäbe halten auch bei täglicher Nutzung die angegebenen 6 Monate (mindestens), man muss nur daran denken sie nach ca. 3 Monaten auszukochen - öknomisch besser als Britta-Filter: ein Stab reicht bei mir für eine 1l Karaffe, 4 Stäbe reichen daher für 2 Jahre - ökologisch: kein Plastik und nach Ablauf der Benutzungsdauer (was man daran merkt, das das Wasser nicht mehr ganz so frisch schmeckt, anders lässt es kaum beschreiben) kann man die Filter als Dünger, Schuhdeodorant oder Holzkohle verwenden (wobei ich sie als Dünger bevorzuge) Con - Alle Stäbe sind einzeln in Plastik eingeschweißt, was wohl zur Qualität beiträgt, doch würde es mich freuen, wenn es zumindest recycelte Plastik wäre

Es una solución muy buena para sacar el sabor a cloro de las aguas de la ciudad. Pero lo definitivo es que eliminas una cantidad grande de plásticos de los filtros y depuradores convencionales.

Ce lot de 4 morceaux de charbon actif de la marque anglaise Black and Blum permet d'obtenir une eau du robinet avec moins de produits chimiques pour remplacer les bouteilles d'eau minérale en plastique. L'idée est de placer un morceau de charbon actif dans une gourde pour améliorer la qualité de l'eau du robinet. Pour le meilleur résultat, le fabricant conseille de la laisser 8 heures dans la gourde mais dès 1 h, l'eau a bien meilleur goût. Le procédé est vraiment efficace et le charbon dure 6 mois si on prend la peine de le régénérer dans l'eau bouillante après 3 mois d'utilisation. Dans un pichet ou une carafe de table de grande contenance, on peut évidemment placer deux morceaux de charbon actif voire davantage.
