I have tried many different gf flours but non compare to this one. It has worked in all my recipes. I even made banana bread for a friend and they couldn't tell it was gf.

Great gluten flour! I can bake and even make pancakes. Add an egg, banana, vanilla, and cinnamon and the best gluten free pancakes. Great value and great taste!

I used this flour to make pancakes. They turned out well, but the texture wasn't exactly the same as what regular flour provides.

Good for baking or cooking! Lately I have been using it to make a roux, or to thicken up liquid in sauces, and it works well!I have also used it for baking and it works great for that, though for now I have mainly been using it to cook! I will continue to purchase this, as it is a brand I love and trust.
