Great stuff.. will help clean out and heal your colon. Makes me feel sick from time to time.. but thats prob cause its detoxing and after I take a quick trip to the bathroom, I feel better. This stuff is great and helps me feel over all better. It hss helped me lose weight and have clearer skin. My parents take it every day because it helps with constipation.
