Reduced a lot of pain by stabilizing the joint
I have a sacroiliac problem and all bending hurts. When I wear this belt, it stabilizes the joint and I can bend without pain. It is also lightweight enough to wear under clothing.

Kind of uncomfortable
This item was not nearly as wide as I had imagined it would be. It also was extremely uncomfortable as its velcro often dug into my skin. I only wear it now when my lower back is bothering me and I can wear it over of my clothes. Also usually in conjunction with my primary hip stabilizer

while it lacked instructions, it only took a bit to figure it out. helped reduce the pain by 90%. Not 100%, but i could walk again. Two issues, it tended to curl when sitting, and it gave me a rash. even with two layers of clothing, i got a rash. suggest anti-rash creme used early and often. well worth the rash. Note: wear it low.
