Better than regular reds?

They are manufactured with 6 ball bearings that are larger and roll fewer times to go the same distance. Like bigger wheels on a car, they create less rolling friction and have a higher top speed. Not familiar with the super reds but these guys are really quiet. Definitely recommend them.
