Yes, it tastes good!
First of all, this doesn't show up as a "verified purchase because my household Prime Account is not in my name. But this review is ALL me. I gave up dairy about a year ago and I have really, really missed cheese. THIS. Found it by accident and tried out the sampler pack. My favorite is the pepperjack, which comes in a block that makes it easy to shave off a slice to throw into some ground chicken for tacos or in hot veggies. The cheddar is yummy too. The American cheese is a surprise. (I never liked "real" American cheese.) It's very creamy and tastes more like Swiss. Also good. Melt-ability is about a 6/10, but you can work with it. (Also, how many times have you ordered a burger and gotten a slice of unmelted cheese on top? Still tasted good, right?) Plus, the company also offers shreds in a variety of other flavors. Kudos to the company.
