The best I've found
I've tried several types of guards to reduce the damage sleep grinding causes. These are quick & easy, require no moulding before use and stay in my mouth over night. They're not perfect; they're quite small & in the morning I'll often find they've cut into my gums slightly. I'm still keeping an eye out for better ones but the pros of these do outweigh the cons in my opinion.

Nice surprise
I have bad experiences with mouth guards but this one is the best I could find on Amazon.Mouth doesn’t feel that “stuffed” like with other products on the market.Would recommend, even just to try.

Not for heavy grinders
I am a heavy grinder but I have used similar ones in the past with no problem. They should last 3 nights as a minimum but I found 2 was that absolute max and most of them were binned after 1 night

Will stop teeth grinding, but be careful
I wanted to give an honest as possible review of this product in case anyone in a similar situation to me is undecisive. Pictures for reference are my upper teeth. My situation is I clench my teeth together when i sleep. I also grind my teeth which at the age of 40 has meant they have started to wear down quite a bit. The clenching of my teeth has resulted in TMJ in my jaw from too much pressure of a tight clench.I have recently had a £250 mold made from dentist which fully covers my teeth. Also bought boil at home £15 alternatives from Amazon. And then i have bought these which work out at less than £1 each.Initially i thought these were the answer. When i put the small object in my mouth it was comparatively very comfortable as simply sits on the teeth and doesn't wrap around like other solutions. I was worried that the object would slip in the night and i'd end up choking on it, but this was not the case for me and both nights i wore them they stayed in place. I guess the pressure of me clenching combined with the top lip holding the band against my gums. I woke up without pain in my jaw! fantastic! Job done??? Well no unfortunately. On second night of wearing my cheek must have got pinched in the band in the night, and i have ended up with a painful 2cm line of damaged skin.If you are planning on wearing in day (no idea why they would be needed then) and you don't need to talk these are great. But wearing at night may have a risk of choking, and also can trap cheek.Possibly worth a try, they are very cheap, and you might have better luck than me. I however will go back to the £250 dental cover instead. Which again isn't perfect. But at least i go to bed knowing i will wake up and that i won't have a shredded cheek.

Surprisingly good!!!!
When I first looked at the mouth guards I was worried about the size! They are tiny!!!!!!!!! And seem flimsy.Surprisingly they work for me though and I have been using the same mouth guard for a few nights now and it's def. making a difference and it stays put!It is a bit worrying though how small they are. I guess it's a hit and miss with these mouth guards, I took the risk and ordered them and for me they work :)
