More cons than pros
They don't screw back on properly and slide off sometimes, not only that but the foam grips are useless and when you try to remove them the handles also slide off, but granted it does its job but the coil also seperares easily

Loose handles, not secure.
The spring itself seems fairly robust, but the adjustable handles tend to slip, not ideal when you’re using them or changing hands.Would not reccomend as a result.

Dissappointed
Feels way too easy even on the '150lbs' setting.I have another trainer which has 40kg resistance which feels the same as this at its strongest.So I don't think '150lbs' is accurate.Don't buy this if youre an adult male looking to progress wrist strength, go with something else.However I think this product would work fine for some starting lower.

Billigprodukt gibt den Geist auf.
Nach paar Monaten ist der super qualitative Stahl gebrochen. Da hält Plastik mehr aus.
