I work all day and can't sip on broth but I feel these work well. I have more energy and my pants felt looser than before I started taking them. I will continue.

I've been taking this collagen for over a year. Time flies, it could be three years. I realized this summer when I was getting a manicure that my nails have gotten harder. I've always had wimpy nails. Remember the jello gelatin that we drank back in the 60s and 70s? These are way better and actually work. The gelatin never worked for me but I was not consistent with the regiment.I take 3 every morning.

This item came on time and was packaged well. It was exactly as stated by seller. This is my first choice for a collagen supplement. I wanted something that was totally organic. It seems to help with joint and rotator cuff damage. I am trying to avoid surgery. Doctor recommended trying a supplement. These are a tad bit hard for me to swallow but much better than mixing a powder and drinking! No issues tolerating it. I only use three per day and seems to be helping some. I have had an issue one time with it being out of stock and I have had to alternate with my second choice. But it came back in stock quickly (if I had known I would have waited....that's an Amazon issue.....or I could get it on autoship). I would recommend this product and continue to use this product.

I just finished first bottle. Going to reorder since they have the three most important types of collagen. I have hypothyroidism and Hashimoto's so I haven’t seen a huge difference in nails, skin or joint pain but I’m willing to keep up on these since I’m not getting any younger! Yes they are pretty good size but I don’t mind that. I do take the 3 a day as recommended but I still want to give it another month to give them a fair try. I’ll update after next bottle!

After trying nearly every collagen product on the market, I have finally found one that works! I have always been skeptical about these types of products, but I definitely see results. There is noticeably less pain in my joints after my workouts; and now I’m able to work out much more frequently, without having to suffer afterwards. I’m also able to push out my workouts for a lot longer. Although I initially bought this product for my joint pain that I get during and after my workouts, I actually started seeing other (positive) effects on me. My girlfriend, who I have not yet told about this supplement, has mentioned to me numerous times regarding how great my facial complexion has looked lately. She’s accusing me of using her facial cream lol! I’ve always had dry skin, which can get patchy in the winter time, so I’m very happy that I actually get to enjoy the look of my skin now.
