Premier Housewares Cutlery Caddy, Stainless Steel, Rose Gold, One Size

The draining board in our new house is made of wood and I was concerned that it would get spoiled by drying the washing up on it. We don't have a dishwasher so a lot of water was getting on the draining board. I bought one of these[...]which is a drying rack with a drip tray. This is wonderful and almost solved the problem, but there was nowhere to put the cutlery and putting it on the tray under the dish rack did not get it dry - it just sat there in a puddle. The dishrack has a red edge to the wire part and a red tray so I was delighted to find this cutlery drainer which almost matches. It has a short compartment which fits the cutlery and a taller compartment which fits the kitchen utensils. They all dry out completely and can be put away without wiping ... hurrah. The compartments are surprisingly made of metal which is painted red (other colours are available). It seems strong and sturdy. Although the compartments have drainage holes this does not seem to cause too much of a problem to the wooden draining board.I'd say that these two items are a great buy if you have a wooden draining board or even no draining board at all. The cutlery caddy is on short legs so I suppose could even be put in the sink to drain.It arrived quickly and well packaged.Update in May 2021: Having bought this in Oct 2012, pleased to say that it is still going strong structurally. However as others have said the bottom of the caddy containers are quite rusted and the paint peeled off and the frame part is discoloured. Doesn't affect use but is looking a bit tired and worse for wear. Am about to buy another one but will try the stainless steel one this time.

I bought this cutlery drainer after quite a bit of hunting about for the right thing. It works really well with the Delfinware drainer that I bought at the same time and also gave a 5 star review to.It is nice that the caddy has two sizes of cutlery holder, it holds lots of cutlery without it tipping up. I am really pleased with it, as it replaces an old plastic dish/cutler drainer that was an all-in-one thing. Having the cutlery drainer as separate is useful as you can reposition it and carry the cutlery back to the drawer if you want, not that I actually do as I am a lazy leave everything to drain sort of person.Spot on, great purchase, I really like it. I would not normally get excited about dish racks and cutlery drainers, but after a bit of effort to find the right thing, it has worked out really well, so I thought I'd feedback the five stars.

Absolutely LOVE this little caddy. We have it positioned perfectly beside our cooker hob. And we have our wooden utensils in it. With a pair of scissors. The smaller side is quite short but perfect for cutlery or teaspoons. The colour is exactly like the picture. I e got this to carry on the orange theme of our living room through to the kitchen and it’s bright colour is a perfect contrast for our while tiled kitchen. Nice and sturdy. No assembly required- all round great product. Exactly as the description.

Lovely little utensil stand. A little smaller then I was expecting. But does what its meant to

The metal part was bent when it arrived so i returned it but it did look decent quality if it was not damaged so cannot say for sure how in long term it will be.

Decent quality item in a nice vibrant colour that matches my kitchen.

I purchased this caddy to complement my stainless steel plate rack. There is plenty of room for cutlery and it looks great alongside the plate rack. My only disappointment is that it is already showing signs of rust on the outer corners of the caddy. I did notice prior to purchase that another reviewer had a similar rust problem. I was hoping it was a one-off but maybe not. Shame because otherwise it looks the business.

Is there a way to send a missing caddy apart from sending it back and waiting ages for a complete one? Althought the product im really happy with
