Not very useful
First I lost it before I could set it up. Think about that.Found it, has to add a new battery, and set it up. Realized it only has a 75 foot maximum range. Makes it a complete waste for me.Note: it's been sitting 3ft from me as I type this and location failed has come across my screen twice.

Pretty Useless...
I bought this for two reasons: to attach to my dog's collar in case he runs away (he is contained in our yard, but has Houdini capabilities on occasion) and also to keep track of my keys, which I have a tendency to misplace. I downloaded the app (iSearching) and set up each (I bought two...) locator; set up is pretty easy or straightforward (1 star earned!). The useless part? Unless i lose my dog under my bed or behind my couch? This thing won't track anything more than several feet from my phone, and that is ONLY if I'm within range of my wifi. So... outside? Useless. I tap the 'location' tab on the app and it tells me WHERE MY PHONE IS, not the locator. Really? So helpful. The other star earned her in my 2 star review: it does beep the location of my car keys (assuming I lost them in the house you know); there is an 'alarm' tab on the app that makes the locator beep, so that is helpful. I bought these on a lightning sale, and still paid too much...***Bonus 1 locator battery has already died after less than 30 days use. Wow.
