Good, comfortable and soft. The size corresponds. The material is good and does not feel cheap at all.

Wasn’t sure about ordering these with sizing as my child is 3.5 yrs old and currently wearing a 9 Toddler shoe. I went with the 10 listed here and they are perfect with room to grow and not being so big they don’t work. Perfect. They look great for a third of the price of another popular boot. They look like they will hold up great for weekly lessons. I don’t anticipate needing to replace until she outgrows then but I will update if I have any issues.If you have a tiny child who is riding here are some other great finds on Amazon:Perri’s Child Cotton Gloves: Black XS (they have a great size chart to measure and know what you’ll get, other gloves I tried were way too big, nice quality glove)Perri’s Children’s Professional Half Chaps: Black XS, they also have a great size chart - if not on Amazon google the Perri’s website. Easy to see how to measure your child for a perfect fit. Great quality, looks better than most others I tried on her at a tack shop that didn’t fit.Kerrits Kids Performance Tight Tan: XS these are great but still a bit big on her. Still work by cuffing bottom and rolling at top and they have an inner draw string at waist to tighten....and I’m sure we will get extra use as she grows into them. She usually wears 3T or 4T pants. About 38.25 in tall and 31 lbs.Ovations Deluxe Schooler Helmet Black S/M - I would recommend trying at tack shop if you can or look up sizing chart online. But this is the most recommended helmet at most tack shops and equestrian centers.

My 6 year old daughter is doing a horseback riding camp, and these are great little starter boots. They are well made, easy for her to put on and off with a front zipper, and look really cute. The rubber sole is good for non-slip and has some decent texture for tread. The heel is appropriate for use in stirrups, but is not high at all so she can still run around in them. She hardly took them off once they arrived--which was good for breaking them in--and she has enjoyed them at camp. They seem very durable, and even if she doesn't do more horseback riding, they are a cute non-skid boot.

I had to send back, way too small

Good value, good quality, look great. Her other boots (from a different brand) were very uncomfortable and she loves these. They have good traction and ankle support and fit just as they should. I just wish they had a steel toe, my daughter got stepped on and that would have helped her be in a bit less pain. Overall for the price, you just can't beat these boots!

These are a great starter boot. At first my daughter didn't like them because she wasn't used to a boot fitted somewhat snugly above the ankle, but after the usual new clothes meltdown she decided that she loved them and wants to wear them all the time. She is average build and wears them with regular cotton socks and leggings. As implied above she is really picky about the fit of things So I was very relieved when she decided to accept them into her life :) she is a size 11 exactly and the size 11 is a perfect fit. Will buy another pair when she outgrows these. She wore them to school here in the northwest winter and said they were warm when playing outside on a 48 degree day, which was a peasant surprise. Fairy easy to get on an off too.

My daughter has very narrow feet and we often find it hard to get shoes that are not too wide. That is not an issue with these. She currently measures exactly a 3 in youth and I went with the other reviews and went up to a 4 for room to grow. She does not have excessive room but there will be enough for a few months. They are on the narrow side and I would not recommend for a wide foot. The ankle also runs on the narrow side. The quality seems good and she hasn't had any issues with the zippers.

Run large! The 13 was two inches larger than indicated. Returned and bought off chewy instead. Return was easy but shipping and reorder wasn’t available.
