The isotonic products really! If you want something that works in a few days these products do! I couldn't tell when I haven't taken them and I can tell when I have and there's a big difference between the two! It may be a little expensive but they do last a while.

Isotonic brand is the best

We have been using this stuff for years when we feel too full, and it works great. The packets are more expensive than a canister of it, but the canister version absorbs moisture and dries hard within a year or so, so you end up trashing what is left. These do not do that.
