WMF Glass Bottom Springform Pan Crystal Good Non-Stick Coating Scratch-Resistant Glass Base Ready to Serve, 28 cm

I have a metal bottom Kaiser springform pan and the bottom is scratched from using a knife to cut the cheesecake. I was glad to find this glass bottomed one for sale.

Good product. It looks nice and durable. You can store a cake in the fridge on the glass bottom without placing to different container. I recommend this product to everyone.

This is a great Springform Pan. First and most importantly-- it doesn't leak! The glass bottom is also superior, because you can serve right off of it, and it seems to make for very even baking. I made a flourless, chocolate cake in this pan, and was very pleased with the final product:)

I purchased one of these a few years back and they are great. I bake cheesecakes with a cookie crust and pans with an aluminum bottom often leave a tinny taste. I would always have to remove the cake as soon as it was cool enough to avoid the off taste. Not so with the glass bottom. You can serve right off the glass plate. Well worth the extra expense!

Ich backe gerne, es entspannt mich und meine Familie freut sich darüber. Deshalb habe ich in meinem Leben schon einige Springformen gekauft. Weil es immer wieder Probleme mich sich auflösender Beschichtung gab, habe ich es nun mit dem Glasboden probiert. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Er ist nicht kratzfest, aber das stört mich nicht. Mir ist vor allem wichtig, dass sich keine Beschichtung ablöst und er sich gut reinigen lässt. Diese Kriterien erfüllt die Springform in jedem Fall bei gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Sehr gutes Produkt.
