Order a bigger size than you need - when sparring / rolling, the bottom of it is prone to rolling up, exposing your belly.

Not the best quality which I guess is expected from the price. Good t-shirt for sports but doesn't seem as strong as rash guards usually are. I will be using underneath the gi and see how long it lasts, wouldn't buy to use as a main rash guard when training no gi.Doesn't have rubber band on the waist either like other grappling rash guards.

I'm a size Medium normally, I brought that but was like a medium for a child. So returned for a large (forfeiting my delivery fee) and it's still way too small. I got a different Rash guard from a reputable retailer and the size was medium and fitted perfect.

Actual garbage. Badly made, massively undersized, uncomfortable. Avoid at all costs.
