This container's value is a deal you cannot refuse! It is definitely cheaper than buying the individual packs at the store (which we often snack on). It's definitely more sour but we love it - it's the whole point of snacking on SOUR straws! Love that it comes with a little plastic tong to pick it up so you're not using your hands.I did read other reviews where the container arrived broken and I was concerned but took the chance anyway. Ours arrived in perfect condition and the container seems sturdy enough to withhold transport (perhaps they finally fixed this issue).

My favorite

I used to purchase these sweet treats while walking home after school. There was a store that sold them individually and I'd buy $3 or $4 worth...they were sold for 5 cents each. Funny thing is I purchased these while I was on a 21 day water fast and they came in just a few days before my fast was over. I hv maybe 1 - 3 every other day. I keep them over my fireplace and they're so soft and delicious. Love these sweet treats!

This is a blast of the past . I was craving this candy and ℹ hadn’t had it since my kids were younger. I went to every store searching for them . Could not find them ( Menstrual cravings) I know TMI … 😂 But I thought 💭 to myself let me see if if I can find a small package on Amazon. What do you know the mother load of sugary treats .. Happy dance 💃🏾… Needles to say I won’t run out any time soon 😂

This is an all time favorite candy in my house. I grew up walking distance from a store that sold this containers for like $20-$30 and haven’t seen them since we moved out of state 10 years ago. My sister told me she found them on Amazon and I was soooo excited. My entire house was speechless when I opened the package. It was a great surprise and little slice of home for everyone! Don’t change your prices and you have a lifelong customer in me!

The plastic lid for the box of sour straws came severely damaged and was cracked open and exposed to the elements. The candy was stale, hard, and flavorless. I had to pick around the plastic chunks inside the container. No family and friends could 'stomach' the candy. Total loss and waste of money.

Plastic it is delivered in is very fragile and was broken on 3 out of 4 corners, the bag it was in also leaked into Amazon packaging and was messy opening. However it was easy to switch to a gallon ziplock and comes with a little tool to keep fingers clean. More sour and darker color than I was expecting (compared to Sour Patch Straws for example) but still good, sour, chewy, and has the green apple flavor. Actually better since it took less to satisfy my craving since it was so sour, and for the price it would have been worth it even if it wasn’t so satisfying. I’d recommend better packaging and being careful when opening but it was a great purchase and though it will take me a while, will probably reorder.
