Only used twice, on third attempt there was a lot of noise. Opened it up to find the fan had split into 3 pieces. Have tried contacting seller, but mostly unresponsive. Have asked for contact details of manufacturer, but no reply. Not a great product if it only lasts 2 uses..... I would assume the fan was broken when it arrived but just didn’t fall apart til after a few uses. Very disappointed.

It is the best investment I made on amazon! It is a great and reliable machine, I have been using it for 3 weeks now, and me and my partner are delighted with it. Easy to use and set, it is not so noisy (but neither super quite), it is like having a little fan heater on all the time. I calculated the electricity and it uses very little energy, for example setting the machine full of fruits or veggies (5 trays) it could take up to 12 hours to dry (depending of the thickness and amount of water in the goods). This 12 h are about 1 pound of cost.About building quality, it feels well made, solid and the digital timer is an essential feature. The trays are food safe, they can be used in two different ways to have more or less space between layers (i usually change the height of it in the middle of the dehydration as the lower they are, the less space and therefore the quicker the food would dehydrate).Now I eat much more fruits, “good” sugar and we make our own energetic fruit bars. It takes a while to understand the right amount of time but you can always check it while it is working, changing position, etc.Absolutely delighted with this machine.ConsThe box is not reusable, it comes wrapped in bubble plastic and once it is out of the box you need to find a safe place to store it. I wish it had a tight box for transport or storage but it is not a huge deal.

We bought this as a gift for family in UK. It failed within 12 months, heater stopped working. Despite numerous attempts to get it replaced all we get from Amazon is “the supplier has not responded to our request”. When we purchased through Amazon we thought we had some kind of security, however, having reviewed the fine print in their terms and conditions, they only warrant “Amazon” products and not their resellers products.

Bought this for my son and he loves it. Strawberries, apple and meat all come out great although trying to get crisps is a bit more harder just needs practice.

It takes a long time to clean

Quite easy to use but turned it on twice and the heating element must have gone. It's not making any heat and doesn't dry anything.

My best buy in 2019! I use it to dry meat. It's not noisy at all. Easy to clean. The timer makes the process effortless.

I like how simple it is to set up, the manual has singe recipes in which is awesome, looks good inn the kitchen.Downsides, it's not quite, it sounds like a 6cm 1200rpm fan always on, twice as lots as my fridge on its "new shipping intake" function. The manual is confusing at times.
