Catherine Cosmetology Human Hair Manikin, 24-26 Inch

hey when my Catherine manikin head came its in good condition especially her hair was straight and wavy.

I received this mannequin head today. It is definitely NOT 24-26 inches of hair length. It fell short about 4-6 inches, and about 2-3 inches of it need to be cut off to make it look better. It really doesn't even look the same as the one in the picture.The hair itself seems to be in ok condition, so that isn't a concern. I want to use it for practicing updo's, waves, etc. and its just not long enough.I am disappointed that the product I received is not what is in the description.Returning it.

This was not what I was expecting... Although, the hair was thick enough, it came with a center part and the hairline near the forehead was sewn so that the hair completely covers the face... Totally bummed...the head itself is the size of a child and is nearly a 1/3 smaller than the average head...

When this product arrived I was very disappointed that it looked nothing like how it was pictured.The hair was very coarse, Limp and Dry. I tried to bleach the hair a beautiful blonde following all the instructions and all the hair fell out.I paid so much money for this Manikin. I was extremely disappointed.Don't try to perm or color because it will distroy the manikins hair. I'd like a new Manikin..I had no other option but to discard the damaged manikin. I'd like to write the company and get a new manikin. but......
