I'm pretty picky with my swimsuits. But I absolutely loved this one from the first time I tried it on. The length is 2 to 3 inches above my knee. I'm 5'8. That might seem short to some people, but that's what's in style these days. Even being short, it doesn't feel tight on my thighs and I'm still mobile in it. The waist fits perfectly as well, I'm a 31 to a 32 and I got the mediums. The draw string doesn't feel cheaply made. A lot of times, when you order some generic brand from Amazon, it comes from China and it's mass produced and the quality suffers. This is not the case for these. It says quick dry material, and while I haven't confirmed that yet, the material is soft and feels nice. One last thing, THEY HAVE POCKETS. I can't tell you how many times I've worn a swimsuit and wished it had pockets, or at least more than just one velcro pocket. These have two side pockets like regular shorts, plus a back pocket with velcro that isn't impossible to undo.

I bought four pairs of these swim shorts after getting my first pair and loving them. My main draw to these was the 7” length which is popular now and the cost. I swim nearly every day so I wanted to find new cheap, but attractive and decent quality swim shorts after gaining weight over the past year. I cut the liner out because I hate liners and got used to not having them in board shorts. They definitely aren’t see through but you can see a bit of bulge sometimes when getting out of the pool. It doesn’t bother me and of course this would probably be avoided if I left the liners in. I would call them “modern fit” in the sense they aren’t baggy and would never ride up or be open enough to see up them unless you intentionally sat a certain way and then positioned them perfectly. In other words you don’t have to worry about a Basic Instinct moment with or without the liners.

They fit as expected. They flare a little at the ends, but they’re swim trunks not board shorts so what can you expect. They’re a lot thicker than I expected which is a relief because no one wants thin shorts when they’re getting out of the pool. I’m 5,8 and 150lbs and bought a medium. They aren’t too tight and they aren’t too big on me.

I picked the Black 15 with the red flowers on black background and I picked right: that design is beautiful. Loved it! Picking the size was a little tricky and a lucky guess. The X-Large is a comfortable fit since my pants size is usually a 35 or 36. Not a big fan of the tie string in front, but it is ok. I usually like to tuck it inside, but can't do that on these. The pattern, however, is a winner!

My husband enjoys the shorts. First time wearing he was unsure of the material as he says it didn’t feel like there was enough stretch. Once wet and worn in a little, he loves them. The length of the shorts is perfect, the fit is great and love the print on the shorts. He’s normally a 32 in jeans and ordered a medium which fit him perfectly.

I normally wear a waist size 34 but after checking dimensions i had to buy different. For a proper waist and in seam and out seam fit I bought a smaller waist size, Medium 31" - 33". Good fit and not baggy which I didn't want.

I’m a bigger guy. XXL, are you sure these are not meant for children? Why can’t there be standard sizes for everything? Great material, style, and color, but size sucks. Gave them to my athletic teenage son and they fit great.

These trunks dry very quickly and look pretty cool. Just be aware that there is minimal to no stretch/give to them, so if you have thicker thighs these might not last. So far they held up for a 2 week vacation to California which intaled beach, pool, and lake swimming. Just wished they had some stretch in them so running or jumping won’t be as hard.
