Horrible product made poorly. Horrible customer service, they play games instead of calling you directly to resolve your problems. This grow box can't grow anything unless you modify it yourself. It was delivered missing items. It burned my plants, has poor ventilation and is no worth the money they are charging for it. Buyer Beware or Just Don't Buy It!!!!

This Box is a great concept and well built however the execution of the design is miserable. Make sure that you carefully understand the dimensions of this box because it is small, far too small to grow two large plants as the product description states. The single quasar light does not provide enough to flower most plants and the side lighting cannot be used after a certain point of veg growth because it scorches the sides of the plants. The side lighting causes some additional problems as the way that it is installed interferes with the removal and maintenance of the hydroponic reservoir. The submersible pump they provide is complete crap, the nutrients are ok but not adequate for most grows, the carbon filter installed over the fan and intake are not very efficient and odour is still a problem during flowering. Basically you are paying for a very well made MDF Box that is not much use for anything other than starting small plants. Basically, if you buy this box you will be lucky to see your return in investment in 2 - 3 years.I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO MAKE THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT ABOUT THE VENDOR... THIS SAME REVIEW WAS LEFT ON THE VENDOR WEBSITE AND REMOVED.
