Honestly for months I wanted a griddle to make my beloved pancakes and finally got it is light, pancakes cooked even I’m very happy and impress the way it works and I’m thinking in making tortillas 😜!

Great griddle
The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that the handles are NOT heat resistant. You definitely need to use potholders in order to handle once it's heated. However, the surface is nice and flat and heating is even, and it cleans up really well with just soap and water. Also, nothing sticks to the surface (but don't use metal utensils or it will definitely scratch). The lip is nice--my other griddle didn't have, and stuff spilled over. This keeps everything on the griddle, not your stovetop. Highly recommend.

Cooks great but…
After using for a while it warps while you are cooking. It is definitely non stick and very easy to clean but I wish it didn’t warp in the middle of cooking.

Great quality (so far) and price is great too.
First time using this griddle to make tortillas, I'll update my review if anything good or bad happens after using it a few times.I like that it's easy to clean, thick and fits 6 handmade tortillas (or 8 if they're small).I am in love with this brand!
