These are the only chairs I use for my office. I have severe back issues with metal in my back, sitting is never easy for longer stretches. I've tried nearly every ortho chair, insert, massage heat thing, what ever. These chairs provide the support that works for my back while sitting at my desk. Worth every penny. It would be great to be able to purchase replacement bungees instead of buying a new chair every couple of years though.

One of my best purchases from the Amazon website. Pleasantly surprised that the chair is made in Taiwan. I am a big fan of Taiwanese quality in anything manufactured.The chair itself is extremely comfortable. Excellent seat & back frame design. The addition of the bungie cord for the seat & back adds to the level of the qualities. Very good lumbar support. Seat elevation easily adjustable. Chair 'rocks' forward & aft...the 5 casters will not put you on your butt! The only setback (for few) would be the arm rests are not height adjustable. This is just a minor concern given the exceptional comfort of the chair.The manufacturer packaging, how I received the chair, was very exceptional...good protection, little waste. Assembly instructions strait forward. Easy.I thank the other posters for their observations.

WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? DON'T WAIT & BUY YOURSELF A COMFY BUNGEE CORD COMPUTER CHAIR!!! After about 2 months of owning this bungee cord chair, I gotta say, this is the best chair I've used at my house. For the past 2 decades I've had chairs that would break/fall apart/make LOUD squeaking noises, but not this chair, it's a strong bungee so it's bound to not break, and be silent. Since it's also a bungee, it should last a long extended amounts of time (unless if you purposely take a sharp object to it, of course). It's top height even adjusts to where my toes barely touch the floor. I'll leave this review off by lastly and most importantly stating that I've been waiting YEARS to buy a bungee chair for my office and I'm disappointed that I procrastinated and didn't buy one like this sooner. Oh, and also the assembly is very simple as stated in the description of the product. This chair really exceeded my expectations. It's smooth and I will definitely be purchasing another one again in the far future for sure!

Overall I've been quite satisfied with this chair!Pros:- surprisingly comfortable.- the bungie cords are close enough together where you never feel like you're sitting on bungie cords.- the chair breathes very well.- when sitting on it, it doesn't feel like a normal chair (obviously), but is very supportive.- a few times I have sat in it for 8-9 hours at a time, and the chair itself never bothered me.- easy to assemble.Cons:- it might be a hair too tall for me, even at the lowest setting, but this is probably specific to me. Also, just be sure to note the arm height to make sure it fits under your desk. It should fit under most desks.- the bungie cords are not as comfortable if you like to prop/tuck your legs up onto the chair. This of course just depends on your sitting habits.

Just put the chair together. The materials do not justify the $240.00 price tag. The fasteners ( screws) are very cheap poorly cast. The screws for the arms will not go in with just the Allen Wrench supplied. You'll need to put a small socket or something over the end of the Allen Wrench to get enough leverage to turn the wrench. The arms are formed plastic. The chair is functional and sitting in it is just fine. I just think you can get a lot better chair for the price. The pictures look a lot better than in person.

After trying dozens of task chairs including some very high end ones (I had planned to buy a leather one), a sales person at a furniture store suggested I try this chair, as all their sales staff sit on them. Well, one try, and I was hooked. I found the chair online, ordered it, and can only say that it is without a doubt the most comfortable chair I have ever sat in, for 1/10th the price of the high end task chairs. I cannot say enough about this chair. It swivels, tilts, has a hydraulic lift, and the arms are perfect for me. I am just under 5'3". This high back chair comes to the bottom of my head. There is also a lower one and a higher one with a head rest. I feel like also ordering the one with the headrest because the chair is so comfortable that I sometimes want to rest my head while relaxing on the computer. But this chair is wonderful, and because it is open and lightweight, etc. it is unobtrusive, does not use up visual space, and I have it tucked under my glass computer desk for a sleek, unbusy look. LOVE IT. It is SO SO SO comfortable. The bungie cords are not sagging with use and provide "give" (firm bounce) and comfort. I would not hesitate ordering this for everyone in the family.
