Beck/Arnley 201-1649 Oil Pressure Switch With Light

Estubo bien pero no era igual q la piesa original.

Not sure if old one leaked but this was cheap enough to try while replacing Vtec solenoid gasket just above this switch. Oem part was 5x the price.

The easiness of installing this thing with the benefit of it working right with no issues. Make this a definite buy.

Lo importante es que me soluciono el problema, la diferencia del precio comparado con oem es abismal 70 dólares, y este producto 10 es funcional, en realidad no se cuanto tiempo va a durar porque mi crv es 2008 y parece que era la original.

Not a lot to say about the unit itself, My old one was leaking this one did not leak. This was installed in a 2004 Honda Civic Hybrid. Note that this is a pain to put in. I tried Many different attempts to get this in. It is on the front of the engine behind the intake manifold so you can only get at it from under the car. the access channel is about 4"x5" and 13" deep. The hole for the sensor is also behind the bolt lip of the oil pan. Removal was possible with regular hand wrenches. My hands were too big to be able to start the sensor back in. I ended up putting electrical tape over the back end covering that with hot glue so I could punch a hold in the glue to make it rotate on an L shaped rod that I used to apply pressure than used a shoelace to spin the sensor. All in all, it probably took 2 hours of actual productive work and 10 hours of failed attempts to get it in... The sensor itself is great. Fairly generic its suppose to be the same sensor as my 2004 AWD Matrix.

My original started to leak around 150k miles. This replacement is a good one. It's a pain to get to but do it when changing the oil so the filter is out of the say.Connector fits direct. You will need 2 wrenches though as the OE is a different nut size.It screws right in when you can reach it, ( I went through the fender well to swap the filter so In had extra room and light ) and plugs up like OE.Nice cost effective replacement by all means.Recommended.

The sensor hole is to small, which caused the oil light to flicker

Great replacement for my leaking 2015 RAV4 Oil Pressure Switch. Fits as it should. One thing to note is that the original was only screwed in 50% of the available tip so when you install the Beck Arnley, DO NOT try to screw it all the way in. It is tight and you may damage the part or motor.

I had an oil leak through this oil pressure sensor, so I replaced it. do look at your belt if it got splashed with oil because it might degrae your serpentine belt faster than usual and already be time to replace it. Happened to me, a slightly cracked belt becomes very cracked if splashed with oil.

Le trou petit , j'ai quand même installer cela fonction bien.
