Item is overpriced
Unfortunately, the price is far, far too expensive for this product. The jars are so small in comparison to the larger quart-size jars which I normally use for fermenting. I will not recommend this product. I was excited about the pressing disc but glass weights work just as well. Will be returning this item.

Well-made, but needs clearer recipes in English
The kit seems well-made. However the recipes are difficult to understand just using pictures.IF the recipes instructions become available in English, and are expanded, I would add stars.

After you use it and wash it up you still have smell of what you fremetmat it on the the weight that hold every thing down that has the smell
