These shoes are stiff and rock hard. Not comfortable at all. The laces are so short, you can barely tie them. Maybe they would be more comfortable after they were broken in, but brand new, they were unbearably painful to wear. The shoes caused a blister on the back of my heel. Not a good purchase. I would spend a bit more for a better quality shoe.

The shoe, itself, seemed well built and looked like it would last a long time. However, the description said this was a men’s size 8 and as it turned out, it was a women’s size 8 and a man’s size 6 1/2. Consequently, I had to return them.

These look amazing in person. I sized down one size and it fits as perfect as can be. If you don't like yours snug I would only size down a half size. They are actually the same exact shoes as the first bowling alley he wore them too which was super funny. Does not say rental or anything on them, but does show the size on the back like rental shoes.

I chose a half size larger, as I would at any bowling alley, and the fit utterly perfect. Great look and well made.
