This product does what it says, increases the volume output of my phone. It fits my iphone and looks slick. Doesn't do much for the bass tones but it throws the sound very well. I like and use it, a great little desktop addition.

The width is all the advertisement on this seems to mention, so that is all I measured on my husbands phone. Turns out its too narrow for his phone to fit. The function totally works, it makes sound louder, but he has to take his phone out of the case to use the speaker, which is less than ideal.

Does not amplify very much compared to others I have tried, but it’s a good price and sturdy.

This is NOT a speaker. Its basically a natural amplifier. So it’s not going to produce sound BETTER than your phone. It won’t make the bass richer. It won’t turn your bedroom into a nightclub lol.If you want an idea of what sound it makes, place your phone in a bowl or cup with the speaker facing down. You’ll get similar results with this guy.So why use this instead? Well it’s also a nice phone stand, keeps your phone secure and usable while it’s in the slot. I have an iPhone 8 Plus with a plastic case (a slim one, not an otter box or shock resistant case) and it fits well with a little room to spare and still sits securely.I wanted something for the bathroom. I listen to podcasts/talk and when attempting to do so while I’m in the shower, it would get too muffled by the sound of running water. Using this, I get the amplification I need to hear what’s being said with no distortion. It requires no charging or plug in, it’s totally functional and portable and also looks interesting. I’d only like this more if I could also use a charger with it.Definitely does what I needed!

The phone holder does not amplify the sound even one bit . It is also very small . Do not waste your money on this . Very small . Just junk.....
