Breathe Right Calming Lavender Scent Nasal Strips Tan 26 count

I've been using Breathe Right Strips for years...decades even. And in my mind, they are still the absolute best that the industry has to offer. I've tried many other brands in an attempt to get a better quality strip or to find something that was as good but perhaps a little cheaper. But I've been unable to do so, and really it's not even close. Breathe Right remains the King. I definitely don't get as good of a night's sleep without these. While again, I've tried other strips, these promote the best sleep. And I love the lavender scent combined with the 50% extra strength. I like the lavender and I like the extra 50%. They can be a little tricky to remove from the nose if you have thin or sensitive skin in that area. If that ever happens to me, I try to put a little piece of Kleenex or something on the sensitive area before I apply the strip at night. And I always wash my nose before I put the strip on just to make sure I have good adhesion. I have recommended these to everybody I know. Most people, for whatever reason, are resistant to try them. I feel like these would help pretty much everybody sleep better. If you're not using them, buy a box and try them for a few weeks. See if you don't notice that you get a better night's sleep. I'd be surprised if you didn't. My dad happens to be an ENT. Despite being a doctor, I don't think he knew much about these early on--I mean they don't require a prescription or anything. But after a few years, he started recommending Breathe Right strips to his patients. He recommended them to me, although I was already using them though LOL! But I think he recommends them to people for snoring. Personally, I like them just because I feel like I sleep and breathe so much better when I use them. Does it help my storing? Maybe a little. I feel like I would definitely snore more without them. This is one of the absolute best products available here on Amazon. Highly recommended!

These are my absolute favorite nasal strips! The clear strips don’t stick to skin very well. Honestly the extra strength strips don’t stick any better and only stick in the very middle, where they have ripped off some skin. The lavender fabric strips stick great and have a slightly sweet lavender scent. I wear them almost every night due to extreme nasal congestion. Im a heavy snorer, the first night I used these strips, it definitely helped me not snore so much. The second night was about the same. The third night, I went back to snoring incredibly loud again. On the fourth night, same loud snorkng. As I was about to give up on this product, I decided to give it one last try but this time put the strip on my lips, closing my mouth completely. My mouth was glued shut and I did not snore at all that night. The second night, same thing, no snoring. As much as it didn’t work on my nose, it definitely works closing your mouth shut all night. It’s slightly painful to take off in the morning but warm water helps. Not sure if I would recommend putting these on your mouth but it’s definitely been working for me.

I've been using the Breathe Right strips for years. They are the only non-medicated product that helps me to be able to breathe through my sinuses in order to sleep at night. I have a deviated septum from a broken nose that blocks most of my left sinus. I've tried nasal sprays and some of them really do work, but they usually become addictive in the end, plus, once the spray wears off, the sinus is left even more swollen than it was before. None of that occurs with the Breathe Right strips. Just follow the 3 simple steps to put the strip on before going to sleep (including the final step of pressing it down after putting on - they suggest 30 seconds, I count to 150 before releasing it), and you'll be fine. I have to use the extra strength larger strips because I have a rather big nose. I buy them here on Amazon now because I can buy 4 boxes of 26 strips for what I would pay for 3 at the pharmacy. Give these a try, and I am sure they will not disappoint you.

TLDR: It works in controlling your snoring sometimes, but not always. Other than that the light lavender fragrance is pleasant and the adhesive is of good quality and sticks to your skin very well and it's not too difficult to get rid of it as well. I snore when I sleep which caused problems for my roommate because well I was too loud! and when I wake up, I would have a runny nose because I wouldn't have breathed through my nose(if you've runny nose when you wake up this might be one of the reason), so I decided to try nasal strips and I requested samples from Breathe Right in which I got 2 nasal strips. The first night when I used the nasal strip, I observed a few things, 1. My roommate told me I was not snoring, I was happy to hear this. 2. I did not have a runny nose in the morning. So, I was happy that both the problems were solved. Then again the night after this, I wore the nasal strips again, and surprisingly the results were different. 1. I was still snoring :( 2. I had no runny nose issues in the morning After this, I thought maybe I wore the nasal strips wrong the second night and decided to order a pack of Breathe Right Nasal Strips and after more than 2 weeks of use and based on the feedback I got from my roommate, looks like I'm continuing to snore at times, not always though. I have even tried Instaclear Extra-Strength Nasal Strips and they were very harsh on my skin compared to Breathe Right and the former was extremely uncomfortable as well. So, here's my take on Breathe Right Nasal Strips 1. Level of Confort when worn: Good (It's still uncomfortable to have something sticking on your nose while sleeping but it's not that bad) 2. Fragrance: Very mild and soothing I love it 3. Adhesive: Stays intact to the skin and doesn't cause any itchiness 4. Help in reducing snoring: It's a hit and miss 5. Help in keeping your nose clear: works all the time

Amazing. I could not breathe through my nose at night. I was waking up in the night stuffed up and was whistling through my nose before bed because my basil passages were swollen. This helped me breathe immediately and stayed on through the night. As long as you clean your face first and then make sure it’s totally dry they’ll stic great. Only get the tan ones though the clear DO NOT STICK. I find myself wearing them all day and even longer because I love feeling what it’s like to breathe for the first time my life.

You have to scratch them hard to smell the lavendar. They dont work so great and they dont stick as well as they should. I do not think they are worth the money at all. They also tend to be very itchy. I am not impressed.

Better sleep quality with this.
