It has a magnetic clasp that keeps the knife in the box and a perfectly fitted foam insert to keep your knife well protected and in place. I would without hesitation give this item as a gift to my cook friends or even as corporate gifts.The knife itself looks elegant, the black ceramic knife serrated blade looks great and it cuts like a dream. The handle fits perfect in my hand and it has a nice weight to it so it helps with the cutting effort. It works wonderfully with bread, fruit, vegetables, meat and even cardboard, yes it cut through a double wall cardboard box with no issues!I know this will quickly become the favorite knife in my house and possibly the ONLY one we use. I am very happy with this fine piece of cutlery and it looks like the blade will last forever as it has the protective sleeve.Best serrated knife I own and will be recommending it to my friends and family.

I am very happy with the smaller size bread cutting knife. My hands are being to give me trouble. So the smaller size gives me the control I was looking for. And it cuts beautifully

Ceramics do well with tomatoes and other fruits/veggies, but this knife is a game changer.

Bad news:Blade broke while doing unboxing video lol, it broke while cutting (loaf of bread) as a demonstration.You guys can my watch video in unboxing section.These knifes are not as sharp or smooth as my dads ceramic knifes. Definitely tell a difference between the two!Also my dads knife for 3 was 22$ “Wacool” was the brand name.Now good news: there still very sharp! If you are going purely for looks then you need to get these knifes as they are gorgeous.Also life time warranty!!! Are you kidding? How Awesome is that?Ceramic only con is breaking and that resolves that!I believe you can find better knifes out there!But with the gun metal black and life time warranty it’s hard to beat these knifes.(Will post videos later)

I love a serrated knife for slicing tomatoes, pepper, bread, etc., and this knife fits the bill nicely. It cuts thin slices of vegetables beautifully with little effort. It’s lightweight and I love the silky feel of the handle. It washes easily, both by hand and in the dishwasher. I’ve always opted for steel knives, but glad I went with ceramic this time. I would definitely buy another!A year later, I still love this knife! So much so that I bought the 3” paring knife. Once again, Cestari delivers! My paring knife is sharp and the handle is very ergonomic. Dishwasher safe and presented beautifully in a box suitable for gift giving. Great purchase!

With the Covid-19 pandemic closing down restaurants and bars, my family and I have been cooking meals at home a lot more often. After reading about the advantages of ceramic blades on a health blog, I headed over to Amazon to purchase this serrated ceramic kitchen knife from Cestari Kitchen since they have excellent customer service, great prices, and a lifetime money back warranty on their products.I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and effortless it was to slice through a batch of notoriously soft heirloom tomatoes without smashing the juice out of them. This knife also made it a breeze to cut up potatoes and veggies without any reaction to the ceramic blade. Although I would never have thought to use a serrated knife to cut portions of seafood, I decided to give it a try and was again surprised at how neatly these blades sliced through the delicate flesh of fish.Cleaning was as simple as soap and water since placing ceramic knives in the dishwasher is not recommended. Ceramic is unique for being hygienic and sanitary because ceramic is so dense and non-porous and will not harbor bacteria, germs, or mold. It also won't rust and get a dull edge. Just be sure to use these on a soft cutting board such as bamboo.The knife arrived quickly and packaged nicely in a box that rivals the quality of Apple products. I'm very pleased with this knife and would gladly and highly recommend it to others.

This is by far the best knife I have ever used. I use this knife daily, multiple times through out the day. Last week the knife broke. I contacted the manufacturer and they literally got back to me within minutes. Since the knife had a life time warranty they shipped me a new one and it arrived with in three days!!!

I ordered this knife in June. Was out of town for several weeks before I had the opportunity to use it. Very sharp at first. I used it to slice vegetables and occasional pieces of meat (no bones) using a wooden or plastic cutting board. It was dull within a month’s worth of use. I have other knives (German) which I have had for decades. I expected the same quality with this knife. I was wrong. I also store all my knives I use daily in a wooden knife block. Of course I was surprised to learn there is a 30 day return policy for this knife. Now I know why. It was to replace a German tomato knife I’ve had for decades and it is finally losing it’s serrations. We get what we pay for a lesson Ive always known....except for this time. My fault I’m afraid.
