I’ve been using this BESTEK 150W car power splitter for a while now, and it’s been extremely convenient, especially for longer drives and family trips. Having two cigarette lighter sockets plus multiple USB ports makes it easy to power several devices at the same time without constantly unplugging things. Pros: The biggest advantage is versatility. I can run a dash cam and tire inflator while simultaneously charging phones and tablets. The USB ports charge devices reliably and at a decent speed. The unit feels solidly built, and the cord length is just right to reach from the front outlet to passengers in the back. I also like that it has built-in protection against overheating and overloading, which adds peace of mind when multiple devices are plugged in. Cons: The only minor downside is that if you use bulky plugs in both cigarette sockets, space can feel a bit tight. It’s not a dealbreaker, just something to be aware of depending on what accessories you use. Overall, this has been a dependable and practical addition to my car setup. If you need extra power options for daily commuting, road trips, or family travel, this splitter does exactly what it promises and does it well.

Update: They reached out to me after my bad review, and offered another free one after I had already returned the defective one. I had no issues at all with the second item. Both USB ports charged as expected and both 12 car power ports worked fine. It's built sturdy and does not allow the cord to get crushed. Original: I see this thing has overall a very good rating, but the one I got didn't work at all, so I returned it. I have another splitter that is not rated for 150W, like my socket is, so I decided to "upgrade" to this thing that didn't work. I plugged it in and was able to get my USB charger to light up, but that's the only thing it did. None of the USB ports on the splitter or my USB charger adapter worked at all. I went back to using my other car power port splitter I had been using and returned this one.

All my other cars had 2 sockets, so when I upgraded to 2025 model I was shocked to only have one socket. This device allows me to power a wireless phone charger, Android Auto and compatible with other USB devices. It was affordable, easy-to-use and easy to install.

I don't smoke so the ciggy lighter holes aren't used for that. However, I am a usb power plug/device junkie. I had a ciggy adapter that provided 2 USB power outlets, But that doesn't cut it anymore in my world. I have my phone, earbud charger, smartwatch and the need for at least 1 spare for passengers. So with this and the dual ciggy usb adapter, and an older single usb ciggy adapter, I am happy. The cord is just right for length as the extra can be tucked under the console. All looks and works great. My ciggy port turns off with the car so no issues there. Always read the reviews before I buy, esp. the one stars. A big percentage of those complain and give no explanation, generally ignore these if less than 10%. Some people just looking for a soapbox. I will update after about two weeks and tell you if I found any of the couple week reported issues surface, based on previous experience with amazon feedback, I am not expecting anything. First edit: Don't even bother with the sticky pad. It didn't stay on for more than a few hours. Thought I would "Do it right" after reading the reviews and cleaned the surface where it was to be attached with an alcohol wipe to remove any grease or degassing plastic residue, let it dry for 10 - 15 minutes and attached the box. Fell off with no pulling force at all, nothing connected, just sitting in the car. Came back to the car and it had just dropped off.

We've used this for more than 2,000 miles of travel so far, and it is an absolute game changer. This device uncluttered the front of the vehicle and we've moved the plugin 12V to USB adapters out of the vehicle ... probably for good. This unit has a dim blue "power" light that glows just bright enough to know that it's on without being distracting and certainly will not drain the vehicle's battery too much overnight. We've purchased two more for our other vehicles. OH, and this came with pre-cut 3M Velcro that made mounting fast and easy with a professorial fit and look. All you need is an alcohol wipe for surface preparation. REMEMBER not to mount over airbag panels. There's no "charging indicator," as far as I know. We're using it for GPS power, so a "charging indicator" would be unnecessary. Our phones have builtin charge indicators.

Just received this today, and immediately tried it out with my Garmin nuvi GPS, my Nexus 7 tablet, and my Samsung S4 all plugged in. Both the tablet and phone were at about 50% charge. I used my 12v charging cord on my S4, and a USB cable plugged in to the 2.1 amp USB port for my Nexus 7. Everything worked great, and I detected only slight warmth in the unit after running for about 2 hours. So I'm happy about that. But I discovered that this device has no fuse in the end of the plug. I was surprised, although now I see that others have reported this (should have read reviews and questions more thoroughly). My truck has two 12 volt accessory outlets that are protected by a single 20 amp fuse. My owners' manual says not to exceed 20 amps combined current on the two outlets. Clearly, it is possible to greatly exceed the 150 watt rating on this Bestek unit without blowing the 20 amp fuse protecting the truck's power outlets. This is a safety issue for me. If the manufacturer says this Bestek device is rated for 150 watts, then it should be fuse-protected to prevent exceeding the power rating. Since it is not, and since your vehicle 12 volt power outlets may have only a single, much higher current fuse to protect them, I would not recommend leaving this device plugged in when you are not in your vehicle. Otherwise, buy a different brand that is fuse-protected.

Exellent produit car maintenant avec ce produit le cell ne coupe plus et meme si la camera reste branché mon assistant google fonctionne car le cell ne se fait plus couper par un manque de courant. securitaire et tres utile car j ai mis mon support a tel juste derriere le bras de transmission et comme cet adaptateur a un fil assez long fini de me battre a connecter dans une place presque inaccessible. je recommende pour puissance securité( y a 2 fusibles) et pour connecter camera et cell en meme temps sans perte de courant

Al principio tenia mis dudas pues no habia muchas opciones. Opte por este y la verdad no he quedado decepcionado. Compre una dashcam que requeria conectarse al encendedor, pero actualmente traia un adaptador bluethoot para escuchar musica. Con este adaptador he podido usar los dos sin ningun problema. Viene con un fusible extra y el cable es un poco largo, asi que permite que lo puedas mover y acomodar en alguna otra parte que no sea enseguida del encendedor si asi lo deseas. Obtienes muy buen producto por un buen precio. Aclaro que solo lo uso para mi camara y mi adaptador de musica. No lo he probado con algun otro aparato como aspiradora o inflador de neumaticos. Si lo llegara a usar, actualizare mi reseña.
