TD Jakes is a great writer and a great man of God. His books offer insight and promote healing.

This is a great book to read. Very helpful and a easy to understand reader. Highly recommended.

Originally, I bought this book to read in deciding whether or not I was going to send it anonymously to someone I deeply love and care for, who is needlessly carrying around YEARS of pain and shame that need healing. While the Lord has weighed on my heart that THIS book NEEDS to be in the hands of THAT person, He’s also placed on my heart that it needs to come in HIS time and under HIS terms, not under my time or through my will. So, my current prayer is that somehow, this book is delivered into his hands by our Heavenly Father.As a woman, who has experienced tremendous pain (emotionally, physically, sexually, mentally, verbally, spiritually, etc...) and having carried within me the remembrances of every single infliction that was placed on me and became my affliction, I have a newfound appreciation for what I’ve been through and hope for the future of my life. Those pain-filled experiences damaged my health to the point, where my body surrendered to the stressors in the form of Cancer, a very rare lung infection, Fungal Meningitis, and a brain tumor... all within the past three years. Collectively, these events and experiences ravaged my life and cost me everything I once held dear. But, God was with me through it all, andTD Jakes ever so lovingly and compassionately bestows that message to every reader of this book.I hope that the “winter” that has been my life over the past few years is on its way out, and that my “spring” is right around the corner. I will trust God and His promises.If you have experienced great pain and tragedy in your life that needs addressing, acknowledgement, and healing - or if you know someone , who does... I HIGHLY suggest this book. Be blessed.

I must admit that Bishop T. D. Jakes is one of my favorite preachers, because he speaks to my spirit through the word of God.This book is so profound, that my wife and I are using it for healing us both. Right away I had to grab my highlighter and start marking some things that were revealed, and we are only on the first chapter.I know that this book is a blessing, and if you want to be delivered from your past, and walk into your future then I suggest you start here.This is easy reading, but if you are anything like me, you will have to read the sentence over and over again because it's just that profound!!May God continue to help you on your journey, and may you continue to have a thirst for the Lord.God Bless You,Reverend Hurvey R. This is easily one of the top 5 books I have ever read and I have read A LOT of books. Just buy it. And buy a few copies for your friends and family too.

Life is all about knowledgeWhich set you free from the fear

I was moved to tears after I finished reading this very well-written and inspiring book!!! Reading the book helped me to 'open my eyes' with myself about learning to forgive myself as well as forgive others for hurting me physically, emotionally as well as sexually! I felt after reading this book I felt 'whole' with the 'Blood of Jesus Christ' cleansing me of my sins! I must learn to 'Let go and let God' deal with my transgressions as well as others. This book helped me to learn more about myself as well as others. God Bless Bishop T. D. Jakes! He is simply the best at what he does for other people in their daily walk with Jesus Christ!!!

Pretty crap book. Written in a "preacher" over dramatic way.Save your money. Don't buy!!The gentleman who has written this book is no doubt very passionte about Christianity but there is very little in the ay of practical advice regarding healing past wounds
