Demon Master Chris DVD-ROM Game (Windows)

Wonderful turned base RPG style Hentai/dojinshi adult game. Thoroughly enjoyable to those with a few minutes to spare as well as those who enjoy rpgs in general.

Demon Master Chris is my first experience with this kind of game. It's basically a dungeon crawler with light RPG elements and hentai images thrown in to spice it up. When you first start the game you're given three options. Easy, normal or hard mode. Easy mode starts you out at a higher level and leveling up is easier but you cannot get the games true ending. Normal and hard mode nets you the true ending with the hard mode having you start at an even lower level and halving your experience gain. I see no reason to play through either the easy or the hard mode but what ever. You then are thrown right into the protagonists shoes which is Chris ( the very cute blonde on the games cover). She is a demon master which means she can summon or control demons. At the beginning all she has is Bel (the other cute girl on the cover) who is a cat demon who appears in both human and cat form throughout the game. Chris tries to summon a demon but she ends up getting pulled into the demon world instead. Before long though you are thrown by yourself into the first dungeon with the ultimate task of building up you own little army of very cute and hot demon girls to take on the final boss and find your way back to your own world. That's simplifying it without giving away too much of the story. You have a hub set in a demon bar which just consists of a menu screen that allows you to visit places such as the shop where you buy spell books, potions and outfits for Chris (only Chris) or even drop in at the bar itself which nets you a scene once you've caught your first demon and then when you wear certain outfits while in the bar. The dungeon part of the game and really the meat of the game is akin to Etrian Odyssey games on the Nintendo handheld systems. You use your mouse to click the arrow guiding your team in whichever direction you want to go. There is a overhead map that only fills in once you venture into whatever area you go to (an automatic map maker). Once you come upon an enemy they will be standing before you and a battle menu will pop up giving you the usual options and extras depending on what spells you have. Of note is that what ever spell book you give to Chris to use will only be usable with what ever outfit she is wearing. When you change her outfit her spells will change as well as whatever status effects said outfit gave you as well as your health and ability bars. In other words the magic is tied to the armor she wears. But it is only her that can change outfits. Everyone's outfit has a damage system built into it.. There are two levels. Take a lot of damage and your clothes get torn. Take even more damage after that and the character is left totally naked. This affects your health and ability bar. Once out of battle you can switch Chris's outfit but not your team mates. This is also how you capture these demon who become your team mates. They have to be at a lower level than Chris and have no clothes. Hard to do at first but it can be done. There are some things I don't like. Every time you get your turn you select all three girls moves and whatever these moves are it deducts the cost of them from each girls ability bar. What sucks is that it does it before they even do the move so if an enemy dies you have still lost those ability points. I think you should only lose these points if you actually did the action but what ever. Also you can only use items such as heal potions outside of battle. You get stuck fighting a particularly hard enemy you cannot heal inside battle. You will either die or have to try and escape the battle. Kind of sucks but it is what it is. Also you have to keep traversing these dungeons over and over (grind) in order to build up your level or you will get your @ss handed to you when you come across these higher level characters.Alright there is more to the combat, story and all but you can just watch a video online to get the jist of it What your not going to see in the videos (uncensored on YouTube anyway) is the hentai parts or adult parts. First off this is a all girls cast. I have yet to run across any male characters. Chris stumbles into traps and these traps usually end up with her being naked or soon to be naked and sexually assaulted by these pretty demon girls. I haven't ran across anything to extreme and it's mostly all just vanilla lesbian sex. The scenes are just static pictures that change after a little dialog has been said. There are things shown uncensored stuck inside of things but there is no full motion video of sex. Nothing is animated. Again this is how a lot of these games are though. I do have to say that I am a big fan of the character art. These ladies are very cute and sexy. If you like the cover art your going to like the character art as well.I downloaded this game onto a computer that has windows 10 already installed from the factory on it and had absolutely no issues with it. It's all on one DVD and it didn't take too long to download. Of note is that I do run it in as an administrator. You only have to right click the desktop icon and choose to run it this way every time or do as I have done and right click the icon, click properties, click compatibility, click where it says 'run as administrator', click apply and then click done then exit out and then you just double click the icon normally (no more selecting to run it in administrator mode every time). The reason for this is to be able to save your progress in the game. It's not a big deal though.I paid just under 20 dollars for this game and even though it 's not a very 'deep' game (some times it's a mindless button masher) I am happy with it. It was a good first buy for this kind of game.

The game itself could use a little work, the story deserves a solid "C" due to its lack of originality and depth. In game graphics are to be desired, but character design and "H" scenes help raise its likability meter around the 90% mark. All in all Demon Master Chris is a simple hentai RPG. Not good, but defiantly not bad.

Runs fine on Win 10. Game is the typical story / click / see some slightly animated scenes.. enjoy.Not far into it, as I have a few games I am further into.

Its a fun game if you like grinding and peep shows this is the game for you.

Good story and some fanservice on the side.

Fun game hard to get used to.
