An Excellent read that continues the adventures of my fave set of heroes from that galaxy far far away.Luke Skywalker continues his quest to rebuild the Jedi Order by tracking down individuals who show sensitivity to the force, and sets up a new Academy on the forest moon of Yavin.Meanwhile the evil Admiral Daala continues in her unification and consolidation of the various forces of the Remnant Empire.With the new movies approaching, these books are now sadly not considered cannon anymore, but for us dedicated fans who had nothing movie wise for many years, these are the true further adventures of the original cast.

This book follows several characters who venture through the galaxy on difficult missions to train, battle and rescue. The battles create an intriguing yet frightening atmosphere. I liked it because it was a very challenging yet interesting book. It follows a great story line and I think this book would appeal to other readers who are trying to improve their reading skills as it has a lot of complicated words and you really do need a good understanding of the book to know what is going on, but I'm sure anyone could read this book an enjoy it (even if your not a Star Wars fan)!

Even second hand this book has taken me through an emotional journey. The tattiness makes the book and great recycling when buying second hand.

Very good read, not as good as the Thrawn trilogy but worth a read.

these are continuing tales following on from one another dating back all the way to the last film return of the jedi , a must read for any Star Wars fan !!!!
