Signature Hardware436166 Havering Iron Cremone Bolt for 9' Doors

UPDATE 04/15/22: Well, the piece lasted a year. Not really great for the price and considering I'm the only one that opens those doors (maybe once per week) and VERY gently knowing how sensitive the mechanics are...LOL. Went to open the door the other day and the handle literally came off in my hand. Maybe the other Signature Hardward Cremone Bolt set ups are built better however, I would definitely steer clear of this one!April 2021: I received, and installed, the hardware on my cabinet and it is truly a nice looking piece. Hardware itself feels solid and well made. The only issue is the handle itself that barely functions to slide the bars up and down. The first one I installed stopped functioning after about a month. Customer service was spot on and sent a replacement. I’ve since installed the second one but, like the first, just barely slides the bars into position. Wondering how long this one will hold up???

The builder got around to installing the product today. The product is made from substandard metal. Even with pilot holes, all screw heads broke off. One of the locking rods broke. DO NOT PURCHASE!
