Johannes Kepler: Giant of Faith and Science

Gave it to a g'son whose family is living near his birthplace. He knew a bit about him but was surprised to learn there was a bio about him and especially his importance to the world of science/mathematics and as a Christian.

I love reading about people who overcome adversity to achieve great things! Johannes Kepler is one of those people! It's exciting to read about his discoveries and how long and hard he persevered to achieve them! He is definitely an example of "Never Give Up"!

My daughter and I both enjoyed this book. Compared to the Kepler excerpt from Great Astronomers, this information is more complete and a better story. We kept reading ahead of the schedule because we enjoyed it so much. Great addition to our astronomy unit.

Have to deduct a star for the grammatical errors and a few facts that may be off, but on the whole i would totally recommend it

Love this book. Well written biography. Very engaging. We love all the TIner books, but this one was especially good. A wonderful way to learn history. A living book.

Meant for upper grade school. But it was excellent for me also. I'm a grown-up, thinking of giving it to a grandson. So I read a library copy before buying it.

Well done biographies for history, science, or English class. Kids 10-14 can easily read and enjoy these stories of great scientists.
