The Mystery on the California Mission Trail (Real Kids! Real Places! (Paperback))

This book was a great blend of historical fact and and fun! It was very relatable for young readers due to the antics of the book's juvenile characters. I read this book before sending it on to my grandson, and I learned quite a few things about the California Missions!

Fun read for 4th graders studying the missions of CA

We loved this book. I read it with my son as he prepares to study the missions of California. We've just started visiting all the missions and he is enjoying seeing the missions in real life. We encourage all fourth graders in California to read this book and visit the missions in person. It really makes what you're learning in the classroom come alive!

So sorry this book was super boring. Poorly written. I teach California history and was hoping for a fun book to share with my young students. Not worth reading to them.
