Good for quick security
I wanted something that I could use to quickly secure my scooter whilst making deliveries and the scooter is out of sight momentarily, it is a bit fiddly to put on but I think over time I'll get a routine to make it quicker to put on and off but once on it does the job well.Nice heavy bit of metal it has scratched my brake handle a bit but it's metal not plastic like the Oxford one, overall I'm pleased with it.

Seems to be Sturdy but difficult to fit
Seems to be substantial and hopefully a good deterrent. I have put fluorescent tape on it to also make it more visible as the black colour blends in with the black handlebar grips and wind deflectors. It does seem to be a bit awkward to fit in place but then again it could well be me. I have tried several times to fit it but it isn’t easy. I’ve have had disk locks before so I am going back to one of those. As a result I have sent the above brake lock back.

Ok, nothing more
It's ok, just ok.The join is lose and if looked at close anyone would be able to tell that a hard hit would break it off. At best it makes an opportunistic thief think twice.

Causes more damage
Universal doubt that it will do more damage to the front brake system due to how hard you have to pull the front brake in don’t waste your time wouldn’t even use on a push bike straight in the scrap bin
