Buy PVC instead
Not much to say. It's a piece of cheap plastic that allows us woodworkers to make parts fit (that should have been already been made to fit). It's by far NOT heavy duty. If you can make PVC or drain pipe work, I'd do that instead. If you have no choice or don't want to bother with the box stores, this will work. Just be careful not to bump, bang, or look at it for to long....for it may just break!

Three Stars
Didn't fit the 6" outlet on my cyclone. Had to modify it to work.

Perfect fit for my Oneida V3000 dust collector
Perfect fit for my Oneida V3000 dust collector. Used it to reduce the opening so I could use the Dust Right flex hose I bought from Rockler. Slid right into the 6" opening and was just the right amount of "snug" without having to be forced.

Poor fit to my purposes without file and duct tape.
Like almost all dust collection hardware, this reducer required file and duct tape to fit to my needs. Dust collection equipment is in sore need of standardization.

works great!
Perfect fit and very strong. I can see this lasting a life time to be honest...

Size is right
I needed this weird size for an awning project. All good!

Works ok
The 6" dimension is OD. I was hoping it was ID as I needed it to reduce an old Delta DC that has a 6" OD input port. The factory reducer is long gone and MDd. This was the only thing I could find that might work. I needed to fabricate a sleeve that would join the 2 pieces together. That and some duct tape it's working ok.
