Machine is easy to operate, noise is very less say moderate, and build quality is strong. Auto grain sensor works well and makes it safe for daily use. So, Writing the review after using it for 3-4 times in last 3 weeks.. got it with discounted price on Diwali sale..I didn't have much home delivery options for other products at my native place so took this looking at positive reviews.. Got it delivered within the given time.. When tried to turn the machine on its just didn't work..call customer care no mentioned on the machine..one no said its wrong no dialed other and the person instructed that, it could be loose fitting or broken wire during transition time.. Well, no option..opened it and fixed it..finally it worked.. Moreover rerurn process was too complex as I had to pack it and go to post office and so on..not sure who's to pay return charges.. Anyways rating as below: Pros - 1)Griding is pretty fine and flour quality is good so my mom is happy with it and I didn't think to return it. 2) Performance - Average , not too bad, not too good. 3) Cover is given, support guy was polite. Cons- 1) Build quality is okeish, not much premium even for the discounted price. 2) Hooper size 5 kg is a joke..its not even 3KG.. 3) there is no precise mention of gurenty or warrenty. My relative has Navdip flour mill working perfectly since 8 yrs so I will wonder if this also lasts that much so it would be best deal. 4) Noise - no issues.
