The birdcage is adorable and the product is intensely pigmented. I gave these away as gifts and people were thrilled with them over the holidays. I kept one extra for myself so that I'd have one on hand.

This product has a small amount of most colors I use. Handy to have them all together.

Not sure who wants their eyes too look bloody, but that's what thisll do. All colors are reddish

I was too excited about this palette.. But something happened to my top middle shadow.. Also the seal between the palette and mirror came apart.. So I had to super glue it.. I have the other nightingale palette and haven't had this problem

I'm usually a huge fan of "Pretty Vulgar", but I've been a little disappointed lately. This is definitely NOT worth the price tag. This is should be priced as with a drug store price tag. I would NOT pay $35 for this. There are so many other products that are worth that price tag. When I received this, it didn't look pretty. The shadows were mashed and were not glued down well. Then when I used them there were some shadows that worked really well for me and others that were a huge miss. Some blended really nicely and others took a lot of time to blend. The shimmers in the palette also didn't stay on my lids for long. It faded majorly throughout the day. I would NOT recommend this product.

This was a very pretty palette. It had a decent amount.I was happy with the makeup. It did a good job of flattering me. It highlighted the good features.It went on well. It felt fine on. I didn’t have any reactions or problems or anything.It stayed on fairly well. It didn’t feel too heavy or anything. I was pleased with it.

The thing that makes this eye shadow stand out from others is definitely the packaging. I was not expecting that and it is beautiful. It is also super convenient - the mirror is very large and I love it.PROS:> Color palette is beautiful - makes for a great smokey eye. There are a ton of options to roll with from pinks/naturals - to dark and smokey.> Color goes on very well. A little goes a long way. It doesn't feel cheap or like you have to keep putting more and more on. It goes on very easily and strong.> Mirror is large and very niceOne potential issue:because of the beautiful packaging, they have it close with magnets - it doesn't click closed. I carried it in my purse and it stayed closed, the magnets seem strong - but if you are like me and have a lot of items in your purse, and rifle around in your purse a lot - I worry it could come open. It hasn't come open.. and the magnets seem strong, they are not weak, but I wish it clicked closed just for added safety. This was the only thing I could find at all that I didn't love. This set is great, the colors are beautiful and they feel great and go on well. The packaging is beautiful and would also make it really nice to give as a gift.

This is a very cool set. I also think the name of the brand - Pretty Vulgar, is kinda of cool, along with the name of the palette - throwing shade. very cool. I love the colors. It is hard to find a good red, one with enough pigment that looks red and not pink and this one does. Kind of like the James Charles palette. I mean that one is bigger, but this would be nice travel size palette with bold colors in it. My daughter does competitive dance, and this palette will come in handy for away competitions/traveling. very cool style and look, along with selection of colors. I am happy with the application of these as well.
