Inalsa Magic Pro 800W Food Processor with 2 Multipurpose Jars, Black, Silver

WITHIN A MONTH A LEAKAGE IS FOUND IN THE JUICER WORST QUALITY PLASTIC IS USED. AFTER FILING A COMPLAINT ONE DAY SOMEONE FROM SERVICE CENTER CALLED ME AND SAID I HAVE TO PAY CERTAIN AMOUNT TO REPAIR THE PRODUCT WITHOUT EVEN CHECKING THE PRODUCT!!!

Update after 5 months: This is not even good as a mixer/grinder. It can't grind idli/dosa batter, stops after few minutes and takes a lot of time to resume operation even in winters. The noise level is like a mini factory. Definitely regretting this purchase. My 450 watt food processor was much better than this one. This is my 2nd food processor after Inalsa Maxie. I bought this one after looking at the good performance of the previous unit. This model is only good as mixer and grinder. While kneading dough, it doesn't give good results at all. The jar hardly bears the load of the dough. The kneading isn't good at all. After somehow using it for 2 months I realised that the kneading blade is very small as compared to my previous one. It's very noisy also. The motor unit is very light but made in China unlike my previous Inalsa. I really miss my previous food processor and regret buying this one.

I ordered this product because, its a New Delhi company...I was expecting Made in India, Assembled in India from Indian components...but machine received at home Made in China...OK. Adarniya Lady at home told me, motor is not starting...I told Lady, I will not return this product, we have methods to get assistance from the Mfg Co...Twice called...in a week; Invoice number, from where you bought...all details provided...hanji technician ghar pe aa jayega..Finally a good employee after 10 days on phone told me we have a system, to give ticket number, service request number...do you have that?..Madamjee...nobody gave me that...Madamjee said note that now...after that all issues resolved within 2 days...Technician explained everything...how to refer instruction manual, what care to be taken etc etc...BTW, Instruction Manual is really good...

Good one. Size of the Steel grinding jar is smaller than expected, otherwise everything else is perfect.

Grinder jar performance is not that great. Normal mixer-grinder is much better. Grinder & Juicer jars - blades are fixed and not that efficient. Grating blade plate has very disperse holes. Could have been more closer for fine grating. After a week of use, some sound (loose nuts) can be heard in the main unit ... All in all , just something better than nothing Product. Not that great of a food processor.

Using this inalsa food processor from last 3 months now, very handy and wonderful product, from grating carrots for making gajar halwa, to grating cauliflower for paranthas, to kneeding dough, to grinding masalas..just loving the product. Loved its safety lock features and how it do wonder in mins.. jars are of gud quality. Will really suggest everyone to opt for this product.

This is the worst product I've ever used. From day1 it's creating a hell of a noise. I asked customer care and they told, nothing to worry, it's a powerful machine and hence the case. I just trusted them and that was my biggest mistake. In 2 weeks, it's jar malfunctioned and next week it's gear box was gone. After 3 visits, they just kept fixing the problem. Unfortunately the replacement period had gone and amazon also couldn't help. In a month, the machine stopped working. Inalsa use to have great many years back (have used it earlier for a decade), but just don't go by the name now. There parts are disgracefully bad now. I think for 1 year warranty, it'll just be kept as is, with a service man coming to do a jugaad every week. Worst thing is that Inalsa doesn't even want to consider about replacement of this new piece. This shows the dirty insights of this fraud company.

Lock feature is really good. I have bought 3 models in same month understanding manufacturing issues, but nothing worked for me. Such poor quality abs body of accessories holder, on operating for 1-2 mins, the plastic melted to the needle. No support from Inalsa support services although product is in warranty. Forget that not much support from the seller Cloudtail as well which is Amazon s own seller. Keep redirecting me to Inalsa and vice versa
