Organic and no junk ingredients
So far I really like these vitamins. They are made of organic fruits, vegetables and a little rice flour to keep them from sticking together. No junk or fillers! They have less than 100% RDA but your gut can absorb these much better than tablets, so your body is getting more nutrition from these vitamins. I have gut issues and i know that my body only absorbs a small amount of most vitamins and other supplements in tablet form. I know this for a fact because I get severe leg cramps and magmesium tablets only help a little. Gummy or liquid vitamins and minerals are much easier for the gut to absorb.

I’ve noticed improvement in my nail strength since taking these and just generally feel better! Have less food crazings too, so no complaints

Less sugar
I bought these to try a vitamin with less or no added sugar. I like this, they take some time getting used to the taste and smell. Once I took them for about a week, I was ok with the taste. They are plant based which is good, but they do not taste as fruity as my last type with added sugar. I am happy to decrease the added sugars for improved health!!

These chewable natural vitamins are an amazing addition to your morning ! Clean ingredients are most important to me…most of the B12 in other vitamins is cyanide based & terrible . The B12 in THESE VITAMINS is the real deal, natural & plant based. I’m so impressed w these ! A great taste , not overly sweet , because they’re not loaded w sugar. All in all the perfect vitamin for mamas & babies !!! Anyone !

Horrible
As soon as you open the jar it smells like dog food or worse. They taste awful. I have a hard time swallowing pills and I am also gluten free. Almost all my vitamins are chewable. These are beyond edible and the smell is overwhelming.
