Not easy for amateurs
It will need u several attemps to master it, and luckily I was able to nail it !!!! It's good quality but best used by a Pro !!!

Falafels; it's what s for lunch. And dinner. Maybe breakfast.
While these are listed as 'professional' grade utensils, I found them nearly useless. I had to make about 60 falafels for a party. These turned out to make them too small, and they really don't come off easily even with the spatula. It weas easier and neater to make the falafels by hand, using an Ice Cream scoop to measure consistent amounts.

Insufficient item description
Good quality but too small to make a falafel. Its diameter is 4cm, never mentioned in the item description. The seller should have explained the size of scoop. I have to buy another one.
