Things you should be aware of
Yes these work and they do well in a mixture of incandescent and led lighting. Setup in a spacious house is not trivial and requires controllers with range extenders and attachment to whole house security/control equipment. The switches are Touch On Touch Off so integration into systems that expect either on or off switch commands will be much more difficult. Also for a switch this expensive I would expect the design to include lightning protection in the dimmers. My system includes 25 of these dimmers and I replace them regularly due to destruction by storms. The company response is to turn the switch damage into to my insurance but since this happens so frequently and the switche replacement requires system integration programming this is not a good option.

It's a good switch for dimming
It's a good switch for dimming. It requires a neutral but it seems to dim smaller numbers of LEDs better than Lutron's non-neutral offerings. Just make sure you have access to the RadioRA 2 software beforehand.

Great until an "Act of God", then expensive to replace. VERY expensive. Check your insurance.
I was told today that a power outage is an act of god and voids the warranty of these RRD-6NA dimmers. When paying $160 plus installation for each unit, you need to keep this in mind. I had seven (7) dimmers fail all at once in a simple power outage and will now cost me $1,120 plus an electrician's installation and Lutron-specific reprogramming. When in communications with Lutron they said I should take it up with my insurance company, but this really seems like a faulty design if it can't survive the power grid in the United States. I am not far from Lutron and their design team must experience this themselves.I am asking my insurance company about coverage. I wish I had asked them before I bought these. Maybe you should, too, before you make your first significant investment. After twenty (20) years of loyalty to the brand, I'm rethinking my brands for home automation.

Works with LED lights
I assume you already know what the Radio Ra2 system is. If you don't know, then don't buy this as it is just an expensive dimmer. If you are getting this for the system then you have made a good choice because the neutral dimmer is what's needed to dim LED or Electronic LV loads. The regular doesn't work.
