What is the warranty term and does Dyson honor it being a genuine part?

I just ran into this in the last couple weeks, and the answer is no. Your only recourse is the Amazon return period, and it's short. Two of these hoses tore for me in the past year, and I was able to talk Dyson into sending me one at no charge after initially being told that I would have to pay. Nonetheless, the price difference between Dyson's website and any of the Amazon merchants isn't enough to warrant taking the chance. Buy from dyson.com. You get a year over there.

Does this hose fit dyson dco7 serial #112-us-E81599?

I can't speak to that particular serial number, but it fits my DC07 perfectly. I would suppose it would fit any DC07.
