The 1333 Most Frequently Used Legal Terms: English-Spanish-English Legal Dictionary

I am not a legal translator though in translating documents in various fields I do come across legal terms. I have found José Luis Leyva’s English-Spanish legal dictionary very useful,

GREAT dictionary to have on kindle on my phone. Great for quick access at work. I am a court interpreter and this dictionary is all I need most days!

I purchased the Kindle version. It's a shame that it's not indexed, it's very impractical. Can't search for a particular term, you have to scroll down page after page to find what you are looking for. Doesn't even have a table of contents to be able to "Go To" the section where your term would be. I'm a Spanish interpreter, and this would be useless while working. If these titles were properly indexed for Kindle I would purchase all of them.

Very simplistic text but still useful for casual translation and interpretation. Little if any "LOCALIZATION" makes it non-reliable for a law professional.

Wonderful book to have in interpreting field

The book contains the common legal terms you might need to use in an interpreting/translating effort. Other books may be more comprehensive, but this is good to have on the shelf.

Es un buen libro, pero le faltan varios conceptos básicos

Un diccionario facil de usar para los terminos mas frecuentes en las areas legales de ingles y español; si se debe hacer una traduccion mas especializada no es tan practico.
