Edmond Fallot Old Fashioned Grain Dijon Mustard - 7.2 oz

Edmond Fallot mustards are simply the best. Several years ago, my wife and I discovered this terrific product during our travels throughout France. We were very pleased to find this excellent mustard in specialty shops in America... and now on Amazon.The several flavors available are all marvelous -- a rich and elegant taste and texture with a wonderfully clean finish. All of these mustards are beautifully made and add a welcome lift to a variety of dishes and cuisines (it is difficult to pick a favorite flavor).There are a few high-end mustards available in this country and some are quite good. However, the Edmond Fallot product is rather special and brings back many fond memories of France. These yummy mustards put a smile on our faces every time. Try them yourself... you'll be glad you did.

This stuff is great on salmon, rack of lamb, sandwiches, pretty much anything that calls for a grain mustard.

The flavor in this mustard really pops and it makes the sandwich!

Had this while in France and ooh lala! Best mustard ever, so glad I can get in the U.S.!

This is great if you occasionally want to use a fantastic mustard. For regular users, opt for the larger Stone jar.

First tasted this on a trip to Paris and bought some there. It's wonderfully addictive.

It’s not bad, but not my favorite. Love the mustard seeds. It’s a nice intermediate grind which I prefer sometimes. Some seeded mustards are all seeds and this one strikes the right balance.I prefer a little more punch to my mustards with vinegar and mustard flavor. I’d consider this medium or even mild+.It’s way too salty for me and I have a salt tooth. Perhaps it was just my batch. I won’t buy again.
