The media could not be loaded.  This is a great way to get your vitamin c dose in. Comes with a pretty large bottle of tablets that dissolve in water. Once dissolved you just drink and your all set. The taste is like drinking a sprite with a hint of orange - not bad at all and wasn’t hard to get down. The main problem I have with these is that there are two large to fit down the neck of a plastic disposable water bottle. Luckily, they break in two quite easily. They taste alot like orange Tang but they are not particularly effervescent. They dissolve very fast and very well. I find them very easy to drink.I suppose it's the large dose of vitamin c in each serving, however I do find that they are a little bit energizing. I've noticed that I tend to feel better after I drink one. For this reason I'm giving them a four. I get the same effect from Emergen-C which is a fraction of the cost, but of course it does not contain glutamine.I do find these cost prohibitive just for an alkalizing effect to increase absorbtion. I have seen no lightening of skin or eyes with this product. If I do, I will update this review.I do like the packaging a lot. It's very portable, quite convenient for quickly putting in a purse.Some people might worry over the very high dose of vitamin c (because it is so much higher than the US ADA), however, I have been taking this dose 1-2 times a day for several years now and personally have had no ill effects. Vitamin c is water soluble.

Man, the GlutaGlow 2 in 1 L-Glutathione 500mg + Vitamin C1000mg 30 effervescent tablets are freaking expensive and way out of my budget. 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ I mean, it's a great antioxdant mix of Glutathione 500 mg + Vitamin C 1000 mg, but that formula is easily derived from other supplements on the market and for far lower cost. Another alternative is just to eat oranges.🍊🍊🍊Plus, artificial sweetener? Really? I'm always on the look out for zero sugar products, but I'd rather have sugar than artificial sugar, which in this case is sucralose.On the plus side, once you mix the tablets with water, the flavor is pretty mellow and it goes down easy. I can't say I taste anything artificial. I’m a skin health enthusiast, so when I saw this vitamin and with glutathione I cannot wait to try it. Another factor is that I’m a brown skinned Asian so I wanted to be fairer just a tad bit especially that its summer and I easily darken with a little sun exposure.Glutathione is an antioxidant that has a whitening effect by converting melanin to a lighter color. This is used extensively in my home country as a vitamin to lighten the skin. Combined with vitamin C it makes it easily absorbable and effective.This vitamin is in an effervescent tablet form and dissolves easily in water. It produces a bubbly effect and gives a fizzy delicious orangey taste. This form is the best for excellent absorption. I take this every after lunch and amusingly it serves as my dessert. I dissolve it in cold water as hot water can destroy the efficacy of vitamin C. As of writing this is my last tablet. In some days I have taken two tablets to hasten its effect and when I feel I needed a vitamin C boost. I work as a nurse so I am very exposed in the Covid pandemic. I can say that maybe it took me 25 days to finish the tube.Verdict. On my third day of taking this I noticed a glow on my skin and my skin felt so soft and satin like. I was really optimistic for this one. On the following days up to today I really did not see the effect I was hoping to get. I see that I’m a tad fairer when I walk under the sun (parking to my apartment kind of exposure) but other than that I see no difference at all when I am in indoor.What is more disappointing is the price. Woohh the price is too much for a regular pay employee.2 star for the taste and the vitamin C.
